Terms of Service
art and illustrations
♡ Basics:
- Rules that are appliable from adoptables section also affect my illustration commissions.
- I only take Ko-Fi or Paypal as payment methods unless stated otherwise.
- If you want a specific artstyle of mine that is not the one im currently using, you have to request an artstyle change beforehand, along with any of my art examples which contains the artstyle you desire.
designs/adoptables
♡ Basics:
- Trading/gifting my designs is allowed
- Reselling for higher price is allowed, even if no extra worth has been added (art, physical goods like suits, etc)
- Changing/redesigning is perfectly okay as long as key aspects are kept or the design is overall still recognizable.
- Any kind of content, SFW or NSFW is allowed.
- Don't remove credits from any of my designs or artwork.
- Don't delete the character´s ToyHouse profile/art etc.
- If you set the character on authorized only, make sure to have me as an authorized user.
- Co-owning must be notified to me beforehand, otherwise i must ask you to take down the duplicate profile and you will be forbiden from co-owning any of my designs again.
- My designs are for personal use only. if you want to use it with commercial intent, price with commercial rights included will be discussed privately.

♡ Bidding and transactions:
- All payments will be effectuated through Ko-Fi or Paypal unless stated otherwise. i cannot use apps like cashapp.
- If backing out from an offer, please do so as soon as possible. backing out right before payment will resort in me blocking you.
- Holds and payment plans are an option and im quite flexible with them. just ask/clarify while offering.
- Do not offer on my characters if you're in a bad economical, mental or physical state, refunds are not an option unless there is an issue with fulfilling the agreement on my end. (there can be exceptions depending on situation)
