Terms of service !

ILLUSTRATIONS

♡ Basics:
- I have every right to decline your request if needed.
- If I see myself forced to cancel your commission, you will have a refund. (Equal to the commission's original price. I do not cover payment processing fees whatsoever)
- I have the right to post the finished work on my socials and show them on my portfolio.
- I reserve the right to change my TOS if necessary.
- Proper credits when posting/using my work is mandatory. (tag me or provide a direct link to my profile.)
- I wont allow big changes after sketch stage.
- if you want to change hue/color of nything on your piece pls let me know, im willing to do it for you with no cost. (mainly for vtuber models, also applies for illustrations.)

♡ Payment:
- Only through Paypal, Vgen or Ko-Fi.
- Full payment in advance.
- commissions that exceed $150.00 USD can be paid 50% upfront to secure your slot and the rest before delivery.
- Original Prices already include platform fees into consideration.
- If you issue a chargeback without announce, you will be blacklisted and wont be able to ask for my services again.

- if the product is meant for commercial use, you will be charged an extra fee which will be discussed privately. (doesn't apply for vtuber models.)
- Properly credit me when using the product by tagging me or naming one of my main accounts. (@skriimto on all socials.)

♡ Refunds:
- Refunds are not an option. please make sure you have the funds to commission me beforehand, unless your case falls on the named exceptions:

- The commission is cancelled BEFORE i start working on it.
- The commission cant be delivered due to personal reasons.
Again, I do not cover payment processing fees, your refund will be equal to the commission's original price.

ADOPTABLES

♡ basics:
- do not remove credits, im the only one who can do so.
- redesigning is completely fine, just try to not take away key aspects so they still look similar to the original.
- trading, gifting, co-owning, etc is allowed! no need to ask
- reselling is allowed, you can re-price the design as a higher amount than the one you paid even if no extra art has been added.
- NSFW content (sexual and/or gore content) is completely allowed. my designs do not have already set gender/pronouns/age. thats up to you
- my policy is: once you paid, the design is yours! you can do whatever you want. i just ask for proper credits♡ bids:
- have no fear of backing up from bidding, you dont have to provide reasons, just please let me know as soon as possible.
- dont ghost me if you already bidded, just saying youre not interested is enough. lets not make eachother lose more time!
- i can accept holds but if someone else is also interested im only willing to hold for 1 week max!
